Codette Cares aims to provide funding and expert mentorship for aspiring female tech professionals.
Codette Cares started during the pandemic to provide funding and mentorship to students, fresh graduates and mid-career switchers to support them in their tech journey. We are currently in our third intake and have helped a total of 23 women.

Codette Cares is for fresh grads and students who are currently studying a tech-related discipline (including design, UX, computer science, engineering, data-related courses).
Applicants must be based in Singapore and at least 18 years old.
Current students should have at least 3 months remaining in the program.

This 9 month mentorship will expose you to our network of industry professionals, where you will be matched with a mentor best suited to provide you support and clarity on your career path.
Additionally, The Codette Project will be here to provide resources and support to help you achieve the success you deserve!

Successful candidates can also look forward to networking opportunities and workshops with industry experts from Google, Facebook, and more. This will be a great way to build your professional connections and strengthen your resume.

This is completely up to you! You're welcome to continue speaking with your mentor at the conclusion of the program, however, it won't need to be bi-monthly.
Take the learnings from this mentorship and think about how you can best apply them to your long term goals.
